The goods covered by our sales agreement are purchased by buyer "as is". Tajir will cover the shipping cost to customer's entry port. Merchandise(s) will be shipped directly to customer's entry port in commercial purchases. For end users/consumers we will ship directly to consumer's address. If buyer is not fully satisfied, we accept the return of the goods in the same condition that as when received, for exchange, credit or full refund as requested by the customer. Return shipping costs will be covered by customer. We are not responsible for the incorrect cleaning or any accidental damages.

We are specialized in 100% silk rugs. We have the famous and selected weavers located in Hereke. All our contracted weaving workshops have been known historically the best in weaving practice.

We also own patents of historical unique designs(Some patented designs are older than 120 years).

Making business is easy with us. We provide our partners necessary software that integrates us with our distribution channel. This leads to lower inventory levels for our partners.

We offer 100% customer satisfaction. Our partners can do so. We provide "back to back" Sirinian assurance for our end customers with our partners.

We provide more than quality certificates. We have Sirinian Original Certificate for each of our carpets as a proof of being the original.

We have special pieces and all our rugs have investment value.

Our weaver masterworkshops are in Hereke. Our main trade office is in Istanbul. We have a contact office in New York.

We own patents of designs and have contracted exceptional weavers.

We also manufacture client's own designs as it is requested.

Our priorities are systematic trade and long term relations.

The master workshops under our contract is known for weaving carpets used in Ottoman palaces in 19th century. After death of Penyaminyan in 1949 the workshop had hard times.

Then Sirinian family took the control of the workshop and gathered original exceptional weavers and revitalized the workshop. Since then workshop continued manufacturing mainly for European customers.

We are interested in buinss partnerships in Japan and the U.S.

We can manufacture client's designs. However, Sirinian brand can not be used for special requests.

We also can deliver high quantities and arrange other manufacturing contracts in Turkey in behalf of overseas buyers.
